Crawfish season

Is that near Bossier/Shreveport or Lake Charles? I have only been to Bossier but been ask to visit Monroe and Lafayette as well!

Texas crawfish sucks. Who the hell puts the seasoning on top of the crawfish? You’re supposed to season the water that it boils in. I shouldn’t have to ask for extra seasoning 🙄
Louisiana is where it’s at 😋😛

Crawfish are somewhat small right now, and a little on the expensive side.
If you can get some basin crawfish, they are bigger and easier to peel.
But they all taste good. Big or small.
