Let's be honest here. Westchase area has more hookerdom than areas further west like Katy and even the energy corridor not including highway six! As I say again Westchase area or the west side like I call it is going to have more minorities than white. Most Johns, including the minority ones, want the white girls. Further west you go the more white it gets but it's changing in complexion. Many residents are saying Katy is becoming too hood with all the new influx of people coming in. Because of this, there is more heat there too. Working girls, white or minority, don't want to get involved in that.

I think you see more agency/volume providers in Westchase, simply because the average income is likely much lower. That's where almost all of the latina agencies were running out of, until they disappeared. Driving distance and convenience is a real thing.

I don’t think it’s because the income is lower. I think it’s because the rent is more affordable. Around the Galleria, it is almost impossible to find a decent apartment, one bedroom, under $1200. And that’s a 600sq ft place that’s a pain to entertain at because of parking and controlled access. There are more older style apartments in Westchase that have outside entrances and convenient parking.

It depends. GPS providers do very well in Upscale Galleria. It all boils down to demand and supply. If a man wants xyz enough, he will pay the price.

Like three sides alluded to...Westahase rent is lower for the ladies. Memorial corridor is still not cheap for the gents.
