I think that most of us realize that someone at all of the AMPs has enough language skills and keyboard savvy to read these type of posts. There is also a surefire direct grapevine to the owners/managers/emo of each of the establishments that ensures effective communication.
I still don't think that this thread or any other like it will bring about any change. Most of the management are pretty callous about the nature of their businesses and if they happen to burn out a good provider, there will be another replacement on the next inbound plane from Seoul.

This kind of behavior will only bring a lot of attention to the AMPs. Running people to the ground can only be detrimental to all.

Look at this scenario: a gal is worked so hard, needs to go to the hospital. Nurse calls police due to aggravated something, it makes the news...

In my opinion, Nagoya is specially guilty of running girls to the ground.

And all these replacement girls from Seoul, where are they going to land if the AMPs get in trouble with LEO?

And more importantly... who are we going to deposit seed with if they go away?

I think much of the concern related to one Saturday at one Spa (Nagoya), when only 2 ladies were present to work. they didn't want to turn away business, but the ladies, especially Banana, got overwhelmed. I haven't seen other Spas accused of overworking their girls.. not that I read the pulse of AMPville, I just haven't seen anyone post about another spa.

before that, I don't recall specific concerns posted anywhere. so maybe it was an isolated weekend at Nagoya that guys are all referencing?

I always assumed that the hours were to cater to guys who left the strip club striking out and needed the tender affections of a Kgirl to set them right.

It's a rough lifestyle, but if they have clients that will show up after the bars close, then it's up to the establishment and the provider to decide if it's worth it.

I posted this elsewhere, but..my ATF LA AMP was "officially" open 10-10. If you were a regular, it was 9a-midnight. If you were a VIP, it was 8a-2a.
Many of the more popular ladies work 8-10 hour shifts anyway, and go home. It's the ones who are staying at the AMP that may get sucked into the 24 hour thingy.
My concerns are that the girls are using drugs (usually Ice) to work harder. This isn't uncommon in the stroefront K-girl biz.
And yeah..the guys that show up after the bars close...probably not the most desirable customers anyway.
If we had a legal, regulated industry, working conditions would be better for the girls, but no one in interested in that, the cops and pols make more money this way, and everyone is more or less happy.

We want to keep the best girls in Dallas. They won't stay if they are worked to death. An experienced provider can handle 6 dates a day no problem. If the same girl has to work 10 dates a day it physically hurts them. Eventually they have to take a month or 2 off to recover.


Why don't the shops set a policy of closing at 1am and opening at 9am. It takes them an hour to fix their hair and makeup in the morning. I remember 2 years ago if I showed up at blue at 8am I had to drink coffee with the emu until the girls were ready at 9am.


If guys know they have to be there on that schedule they will be there. If not they can date Rosie Palm

I have no idea whether you're right or not, but I do know that a good manager would bench an employee whose service is giving their business a bad reputation.

They don’t care and will work the girls to death or until the girls have had enough and leaves. They know we’ll eventually come back because of the demand is way higher than the supply of provided services.

Dude, stop pontificating. If you're having such dissonance, open up your own place & set your own hours.
