I have gone both as a single woman, and with a male, to The Spott. I have never had a negative experience.

I found it to be fairly busy and I have had a good time when I've gone. I had more fun as a single lady than being coupled up because then I could do what I want--watch, be watched, dive right in if invited. I didn't have to worry about anyone else's pleasure but mine.

The Spot used to be ok 10 years ago. The owner, Jeff is a slime ball and goes after any other LS club that opens in the KC area. They used to not allow single Maes and you had to sign up on C4P to attend. Jeff was then banned from the site for numerous reasons. Now they allow single males, but the crowd there is horrible. No true swingers really go there anymore.

I've planned on attending their weekend party the the week I caught the flu. I still want to go but there's an invitation setup that needs to be followed and I cant for the life of me find the info. I used to go to The Spott often but in my opinion the crowds have really changed over the years. It used to be really fun and carefree. I enjoyed walking around almost nude thru the crowds, meeting people was easy going.. Always had fun. These days it's more and more over crowded. Seems like there are a lot of people who attend "just to see what's going on" and aren't really interested in playing with anyone which makes meeting people more uncomfortable. One night, a girl hosted a birthday party there and I almost got in a fight with some girls who were taking pictures and videos of me because my outfit was quite revealing.. It just isn't the same anymore. I can't say anyone ever tried to take advantage of me there but the vibe is definitely gone. I wish I knew a better place to go, I miss having nights out like that.

Yea, I'd be pretty gun shy with all that.....I'd be cool with checking it out just because I'm sure it's a trip to see lol

I have been interested in checking out some of these places but being a single guy I would feel like a creepster and out of place.

I have give a few uber rides to couples going home from the spott. Quite a few have said they wouldn't return... too many people not looking for the same thing.

I wish there were more places like this in KC where everyone was like minded and truly looking to have fun and hookup and not just gawk at those who do.

I have been an on and off member but never attended any event there. Probably will give it a try soon. No event tonight, otherwise would have checked it out tonight!
