I changed the title of my post to avoid the confusion that there was some kind of special QV rate. I explain in the ROS that my visit was quick because of my limited time frame due to a meeting.

If you’re going to put quick visit on the title, yes he should have specified if indeed it was a qv or not, which is why he corrected it to avoid confusion like he said.
