It's the oldest profession...it takes some huge hubris to think you are going to change all of human history.

There was a lady that ran for office in Houston some years ago, after her husband got caught in one of these stings. Her ONLY platform was shutting those businesses down. Completely unaware of all the tax dollars they brought in. This type of legislative morality never works. It's only effective politicially because those against it, while in the minority, are more vocal....who is going to actively campaign FOR it? It's one of those things everyone would rather just stay out of sight.

Are you kidding me? Uber knows who you are, where you were picked up, and where you were dropped off. Not to mention a charge to your credit card. Now that's leaving a paper trail. (I'm making some assumptions here about Uber because I've only used Lyft myself, but I know it's true for Lyft.)

Remember guys: Going to a lawfully operating business does not constitute a crime itself. If you get ticketed or arrested, let LE to prove your case. Jury will need physical evidence to find you guilty beyond any reasonable doubt, a recording of you entering a business place will go nowhere.
