This is a general question, not about this particular provider.
How does the sub "explain, inform, tell" the Domme what the sub is into, looking for, etc. I know once the session starts, the Domme is in control. But do you go over the details beforehand? After the session, do you discuss equally what occurred & what adjustments to make for next time? I have specific ideas of what I want, and don't know if I should tell her specifically or generally, and hope she's skilled enough to read my intentions.

From my experience many Dommes will have a short discussion going over limits, safe words, rules, interests and goals. This can be anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes depending on the Domme. Often they may have a detailed questionnaire or request detailed emails prior to meeting then you have to trust that they can bring you where you want or need to go.
I have had some good ones who can do this and still leave me wanting more, I have had some that felt like they were going through the motions.
To your original question, there are some exceptions I am sure, but in my experience, Dommes that are willing to have sex with a client are more a kinky escort then a true Domme, they may take charge but will not have all the services or equipment of a pro. If your goal is to explore kink or live out a fantasy then an escort will be able to accommodate. If you want to truly submit and be dominated then a pro is your best bet.
