i'd say this was a stalemate. Trump did rattle biden few times. Biden managed to not look like a decrepit, he did however made some gaffes that trump took advantage of.

but then I compared the other side of his shirt to the "wire" side and there seemed to be a similar look a little bit higher up on the opposite side that lends to the idea that it was a crease
