4) You left "The Rest of the Story" section blank. For the Rest of Story field, if you can answer the following, you have written a good ROS ...
• How was the set up of the appointment? By email, phone or text messages?
• Was there a screening process? If so, describe it.
• What was the incall location like? ie: was it clean, messy etc?
