Perhaps Colin Powell was a RINO in his later years. He didn't actually leave the party until after January 6. Trump was a RINO from the start. He supported a wealth tax and partial birth abortion in his younger days. He was a member of the Democratic Party. And Gary Cohn, a Democrat, had to talk him out of pushing for higher maximum marginal tax rates in 2017. And that's another reason, Salty, to give Ryan more credit for the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act than Trump.
