If you NCNS for an in-call, okay....but take into account you've wasted at least 2 hours of a clients time and given them blue balls. I guess thats okay, right?
If you NCNS for an out-call.... now you've wasted more than 2 hours, the planning involved to get the room/venue, stuck them with the room rate, and given them blue balls. I guess thats okay, too,right?
But I forgot....we're supposed to dig around multiple websites to figure out a providers schedule and pop out our Sextant and find the correct azimuth to see if they'll be able to navigate to the destination for them....INSTEAD OF THEM JUST KNOWING WHAT THEY CAN AND CANNOT COMMIT TO.

Destiny has a solid reputation. If she says that she was unable to call I would believe it. If it was some random chick from STG I probably wouldn’t. But even then I wouldn’t be mad about it. Shit does happen and there is no way to know the veracity of someone’s claim without having been there. All you can really do is focus on the things within your own control. Try to maintain your own integrity and adjust your expectations before committing to future plans.
