Reviews under my name that are not mine/ provider status

More than Half of the reviews under my name are not mine. This other melody provides services I don't offer we have different numbers and locations.

Also I've requested to become a provider time and time again... I gave links to 6 reviews and sent PM's to multiple mods and still havent received some type of message explaining the dely months later.

I even had my handle name changed to stop the confusion of the different "Melodys" in dallas and still im getting melody love's reviews under my name.

HOW IS IT THAT KIMBER1 HAS THE SAME ISSUE I HAVE AND HER SITUATION IS RESOLVED AND RESPONED TO WITHIN 2 MINUTES AND MY REQUEST GOES DAYS WITHOUT RESPONSE??
