Action at BDFW

Back to hearing waiting for the permits before they can open. I really think this club is not happening with Cab East owned by the same group across the street.

I was told Saturday that not any time soon in the next few months. Ricks is doing a bit more to the club then was doing before. They are hiring mangers to be prepared I was told but not sure what format this club will be when it opens.

I think that cash should make note of and be leery of all these posters on this thread who said that they have supposed inside information as far as when this club is going to be opening. It is obviously been proven that their information was false so that just goes to show you that more than likely anything else they've ever said and will post about how they know what is going on is merely speculation and more than likely fabricated to get attention.

This is what I have been told as well, though not a time frame. SOmething about some booths, etc. The Cab East GM told me there is still no word about format, but they do reconize there is no need for another club like Cab that close. Hopefully that means no big changes to format.

I.m far from a insider but have a couple of friends that work in Dallas. Just letting people know what I have heard. June will be 3 years and have often wondered why this club was shut down and never reopened still today. The work has been going on since last Sept from what I know and I guess Ricks wants a bit more now that they own the club.

The first mistake that anyone can do on a SHMB is to listen to and believe anything a member who says something is a definite that is going to happen, intel on a subject or really anything else, who has proven to be wrong not once or twice, but MULTIPLE times in the past on the board, especially when they say they have inside information.

This thread is a perfect example of that.

As I have said, for the length of time BDFW has been closed, a working crew of one man, working 8 hours a day with weekends and holidays off, could have gutted place, demolished it brick by brick, cleaned it all up and rebuilt it all with new materials.

They may open soon or not. Oh well it's not like I can miss something I never had

Well, I will continue to pass on what I have been told about the club. You know, the Information Exchange part of the name of the site? I, for one am not sure what "inside Information" some may have. I usealy state where I get my information. Based on that not hidden source, you can take it for what its's worth. Until the doors actualy open, its speculation about when. But I will continue to update as I get new information.

WEC, I can understand why you try to beat everyone up about BDFW considering how many times you were kicked out or banned in the past. The thought of it opening must really bring up bad memories

They told my bartender the 1st of May. I drove by Saturday and there was about 6 trucks out front. Not sure if they were workers or they are training some managers that will be over there. If they are not open in May I would say that club is done.

So you're going to give up? When the first week of May comes and they're not open yet you're not going to say June?

I enjoyed going to BDFW, but usually the times whenever I got put it out was because I was outed by members off of this board. I know one fellow who used his then moderator title on here to not only entice the dancers to sit with him among other things, but I am pretty sure he was one of them that outed me. I vividly remember because multiple dancers came up to me and told me who he was and also pointed him out.

My presence at strip clubs is so thinned out now that one more opening would probably not have me even going to it anyway. I am just amused about all the matter of fact intel on when the club is going to be opening, yet each time that date passes and the club is still closed, then they come back on and apologize about how they were just going by what they were told, even though beforehand it was a absolute fact, to make it as if all they are is the messenger.
