Hmmm...for what I read, it sounded like all your encounters were actually pretty good. For that alone I would give it a "Yes" in the Recommandation.

But I also read that you have gotten used to having repeat encounters that get better over time.

Unfortunately most providers only give one kind of service, be that whatever their limit is.
Some only do L1, others will do L1 and L2 but then only CBJ, whereas some will do L2 BBBJ.

If they don't wanna give what I asked for the first time, I wouldn't go back with the promise that next time will be better.
