Yes they do have and offer ice in plastic tubs. The OP stated,

I'm simply questioning if the OP found a bar that no one else knows about, doesn't exist, or might have the wrong club.

There are starting to be a FEW at other places. I ran into one or two at P10 north and quite a few at Baby Dolls in Dallas during the day.
