Connecting the dots from Pine+ to Michiko to Goji, the "next dot" would be 21. If they send UC to one location, makes sense to be UC at everybody in the neighbor hood. (DPD Northwest Division on HH is very short drive away; it would be logical to think that they attended most Amps within their division.) So, yes, 21 should be cautious.

Bali is the other side of town, in the Northeast Division, so probably not directly tied into what NW Division is doing. Just a thought...

They probably send in informants or undercover to confirm the probable cause allegations. What some people post makes it easy for them to decide which AMPS need attention.
