The problem with EO's is that while they may create an immediate effect, they are often overturned by those who file lawsuits and they are over-ruled. Trump faced over 70 plus examples of being over-ruled on his EO's.

If you do it congress, and they vote on it, the new law over-rules the prior and is considered valid= hence the reason for things like the ACA, and other's that have made it through scrutiny-and found legal, vs. proclamations that have found their way to the circular file of death.


Those who think that you can wave your magic presidential wand at some of these border policies are naïve and need to revisit the reason's that EO's work and when they don't.

In the end; I dont' think any president has done a very good job at border controls, and a big ol fence isn't the only way to stop these ppl. You need to include bigger consequences for offenders and repeat offenders, that's a whole other story.

481 fake IDs were recovered including social security cards, green cards, and driver’s licenses. **** was also found.
