Having said that, the Northland is looking like the old Lawrence. There are now at least 3 places where L2 and L 3 are available by recent reviews and personal experience.

AMPs generally ok. Probably one gets shut down per year in the metro area. The number of AMPs in the northland seem to be increasing fast. Unclear how closely these are being monitored? Overall, I think L.E. has bigger fish to fry, but the metro is small enough that busy places might attract scrutiny...maybe originating from nearby businesses who don't want them.
