Let the hospitals refuse the people who aren't capable of paying, like the medicaid cuttees, and, anyone illegally in the country.
Why is this a problem for not for profit hospitals?
And not for profit like UPMC?
Why aren't there any hospitals closing in Pittsburgh?
Only "RURAL" Allegheny county, whatever that is.
This shows the problem of just making blanket statements with no thoughts given to the real underlying problems that exist already, and can't be fixed by just throwing money at them.
