They are not "caught". The 3rd or 4th investigation of the same thing has been opened.
All that has happened is the Trump DOJ has issued many subpoenas.

There is no indictment by a grand jury. There is no trial set. Only Trump has opened his mouth
and determined some of the people subpoenaed are "guilty".


The person with the highest office in the US has pronounced individuals "guilty" without a trial even begun. This is the most shameful act yet to come out of Washington DC.
