There's no cholos bothering anyone. Its just a busy place. I get my haircut at the barber shop thats on the bottom floor. (Note: they do excellent haircuts for a good price). Those guys are super chill and they dont care or talk about anyone going upstairs. The other thing in that building is a dispensary on the top floor of that building (top of stairs to the left). They are also very chill and have never said anything to me. Just walk upstairs go to the door on the right and knock...and she will let you in. I have never had issues there.

When I went there was only the dispensary traffic. And the guy was pretty cool. He actually came out and flagged me down when I was leaving because the door was locked so not a big deal really.

I stand corrected,, maybe worth a visit in near future ,, thanks all for info ,,
