Tariff Man and his tariff plan cause market plunges

Some of these tariffs may be illegal. We still need to see that wind through the courts.

I'm all for a limited number of smart, targeted tariffs. This ain't that.

Markets dropped a bit today as the tariff situation is being digested

The need to correct errors in the tariffs n Japanese goids are one of many examples of the many blunders the Trump admin can get into as they continue to fuck around

Another impact of these tariffs. Changing commitments by our allies to buy the F-35. That's a lot of economic activity at stake

I neglected to mention that Tariffman went soft again and gave another 90 day extension to China.

TACO platters for everyone!

Yeah, but now you're paying more for the same products than you were last year, Skeeter.

It should be illegal to be this stupid. Originally Posted by tommy156

His original tariff plan is not in place. TACO is why the markets have priced out his bluster. Including the bond markets, which made him dial everything back. You're now on Plan T.73.V Rev 4

I have mentioned it multiple times. Have you mentioned all that record revenue that we're getting from inside the U.S. despite Tariffman gaslighting you about who is paying these tariffs?

Thank you, valued poster

Yes he is, everytime he tells you that the record tariff revenue is coming into the country.

No. I don't drink coffee, so I wouldn't pay a penny more for it. Get specific about some businesses though instead of ultra-generic hypothetical and maybe I might bite.

If I understand this correctly, everyone who ever negotiated anything is a "taco", since they didn't stick to their first request/demand.
