To the conservatives- what do you think the proper punishment for civil fraud should be- as the original court found fraud, and the appellate court also concluded the same.

I know there will be some out there claiming no harm - no foul no matter how much Trump lied, or the infamous disclaimer- that read/ eat/ shit at your own risk- but those legal disclaimers don't protect someone from doing fraudulent types of actions. If you profit from lies, or coercion or from outright flaggarent improper financial documents, and there are plenty of people who have paid fines, or imprisoned for doing so- what would be a suitable outcome for the Trumps for you all?

Of course I don't expect the REDHats to agree with the above- but putting your bias aside for a moment and just acknowledging that two levels of courts have show him to be guilty of fraud- what would you say is proper punishment or fines?

I’m onboard for the original fine but the appeals court disagreed. I’m a big fan of the fine amount being commensurate with the resources of the offender. If it doesn’t hurt then you won’t see a change of behavior.
