That’s an opinion, and totally irrelevant. You can say the same thing about half the political appointments ever made. What made Pete Bootyjuice qualified to be Secretary of Transportation with zero relevant experience? The guy (sic) probably can’t even drive a stick (other than up his ass) yet he’s installed to oversee the lifeblood of the economy. Did anyone sick a rabid judge to try’n dislodge him? Nope, because that’s how political appointments work.

Keep the apples with the apples and the oranges with the oranges.
Unqualified isn't an opinion. It's a fact. She doesn't have any of the experience as a prosecutor to lead prosecutions. If she had a little it would shift to underqualified and her other court experience might become relevant to things out.
She's not qualified and she's now been disqualified. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. There's no reason to try to force through unqualified hacks when you could just install someone qualified without much controversy. Instead, Team Trump fired someone who was qualified (and was Habba's hand-selected deputy and knew what she was doing) and validly appointed out of spite and as an attempt at a power flex.
