eeoc lawyer

I have an eeoc with a employer I had in 2024
I need a good EEOC/ADA lawyer
any suggestions?
Most likely a lawyer will want you to get a decision from the EEOC prior to you engaging. Unless your case is a clear violation (most aren’t.)

Did they investigate and find in your favor or issue a “right to sue.” Those are very different.

Well keep us here on the board in the loop. Im sure all here are very intrigued and concerned for your well being! I know I will be.
That’s an odd stance for the EEOC. There are typically 3 outcomes: 1) Dismissal with Right to Sue, Investigation with no finding-Right to Sue, or Investigation with Finding-Right to Sue. They also have a mediation program, but very few employers are willing to agree to that.

Recommend that you wait and see what the response is. Having dealt with many EEOC cases through the years, your lawyer will want 1/3 and you have done most of the work. Probably not much added value right now, I presume you no longer work there. They may well want a NDA, are you willing to do that?

Timmy,
Pitch is correct.
Although it appears that EEOC has issued a decision, wait for that offer to show up, then determine if you want an attorney (who will take a heavy percent)
