Now I'm gonna blow up your mind by asking you to go one little tiny step further and try to imagine that we the mighty USA, could just approach that boat so we could verify at closer range if these guys were bad guys or good guys. If I was on that boat as a refugee and I saw a US ship coming my way, I would raise a white flag and do all I can to get picked up by the US Army. If I'm a bad guy, you'll know it pretty quick too because I would turn around and/or start shooting.
