Former FBI Director James Comey has been indicted by a grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia.

Comey was reportedly indicted on one count of making false statements and one count of obstruction of justice for allegedly lying under oath to Congress. The 12 grand jurors reportedly declined to indict on additional charges.



While it appears Bondi and company will have a very hard time getting a conviction, it follows one of Trump's long time modus operandi...lawyer spend the offending party into submission.

And will provide months and months of distraction.

Bondi...no one is above the law...harumph Homan...

I am sure the DOJ has to be thrilled about wasting their time trying to convict this clown just because their immature vengeful boss has a hard on for the guy. When this Comey nonsense ultimately amounts to nothing for the geezer in chief, this will be just another comical look for that senile old sensitive bitch.
