begs the question is all speech protected? Is it free? I'd say when speech gets towards denigration of the truth and facts, then it's on the border line and certainly has a bit of libel to it.

Jones won't get any relief from the SCOTUS and if he did- it would allow an avalanche of appeals from the ppl Dirty Donnie has dragged into court after getting either summary judgements settlements for slander / or the like.

Point is- if you can say anything you want any time you want, why would ppl like the current POTUS sue news organizations or the FLOTUS sue Hunter Biden.

It's more insulting I think to the parents - but if that seals the deal, I don't see an issue with releasing those autopsies, as painful as is it likely would be to the victims families.

I think the bigger issue might be the size of the fine - where as there is a constitutional concern about fines not being overly egregious. However I think that's for criminal claims versus civil claims.
