‘Dangerous abuse of power’: lawmakers sound alarm over Comey indictment Democrats and legal experts say indictment is latest sign Trump is turning justice system into weapon to silence critics

Ah. To rely on a rusky book about a poor guy. That don't quite jive with donny. That is unless it is being compared to his bankrupt ethics.

Too bad policy overrides law when it comes to a seated president. The findings of the Mueller Report are clear what should happen if that wasn't so. Originally Posted by Precious_b

Here is a fine article by US News and world report.

100 Days of Presidency That Tested the Law

The ones I find especially egregious are the firing of Government Federal Inspectors, and the firing of qualified Senate approved federal officials and then replacing them with so called temporary employees because he knows the people who he really wants to run certain agencies would never be approved by the senate.

It’s a god damn joke that the court lets him get away with it.

I’m stopping here because this has gone completely off the rails. The truth is that Trump is using the entire federal government as his personal fiefdom to do whatever he wants and is waiting for someone to step up and stop him. That includes turning the justice department into his personal attack dogs.

It saddens me that so many people can’t see it, or feel that it’s justified, or feel that they somehow win when it happens to someone else. All I can say is I hope this four year stranglehold that he has on our country will not be our undoing.

It's just won widdle biddy question to answer. Why don't you want to play? You seem to be allergic to an open dialogue.

Let the thread lie and the trial show the evidence. Thank god the Judge wouldn't let a case that surely has everything to hang comey lay about for close to a year before being heard.

Why the maggies scared to go to trial so soon?

Letitia James takes her coattails and hops on a tall horse.
Where's PETA when ya need them?

How come nobody is talking about Letitia James here? Turns out some O'Biden Judge has done the Power Ranger thing with her and Comey by joining them together in an attempt to get both of their case tossed because they don't like Lindsey Halligan and apparently, she don't much care for the recently former staff at the EDVA.
...On Tuesday, the Chief Judge of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals ordered Comey’s motion challenging Halligan to be transferred to Judge Cameron McGowan Currie, a Clinton appointee.

On Friday, Judge Jamar Walker granted Letitia James’ request to consolidate her motion with Comey’s similar motion so the Clinton judge can decide whether Lindsey Halligan will be disqualified in both cases.

The fix is in....
Of course, nobody had a problem with Jack Smith not being properly appointed in his lawfare endeavors. AmmIrite?!?

Just like Comey was leaking info to the press through a "friend", not counting the many "friends" (and family members) he had in his pocket at EDVA, Letitia had a "friend" at EDVA as well. Notice the past tense? Welp, she's goneski now, like so, so many of the Comey "friends" (and family members) at EDVA.
Elizabeth Yusi, the Deep State prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) who authored the leaked Letitia James memo, was fired after she allegedly sent case files to her personal email account...
Ya know, it sure seems James, Cornay, the EDVA and Demonicrat appointed Judges have absolute indifference to rules and norms, while getting a pass from the LambSCREAM media and now unemployed sycophants in the EDVA.
It’s definitely power for me but not for thee.

The more things change, the more they remain the same.
Well... except we can now see them in 8K HD Technicolor.

The hypocrisy in this thread is staggering. These same people cheered when the the former administration went after Trump for flagrant horseshit to try’n derail his presidency and campaign. Now that the shoe is on the other foot they’re aghast. Tough shit, more people voted against your side so suck it up, buttercup.
