Tariff Man and his tariff plan cause market plunges

SCOTUS has given several comments that the inclination is to rule against these as being capable to stand under the current statute International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). I predict that it won't completely unravel all the tariffs but that he has overstepped the statute. Likely Congress will have to either act to approve or modify the statutes in whole or part.

One of the biggest things is how do they unravel the money from tariffs, and send them back to the people who paid them if they deem this illegal. But then again everything Trump has ever touched his turn to shit at some point. I'm predicting that part of his bordello dance hall will get built on Indian burial grounds that have been hidden, and we all know how that works out in poltergeist.

As he talks about how he will use the Mtariff revenue it becomes more and more obvious he's full of shit and how he kept taking companies into bankruptcy.

There's not enough revenue to deliver on all the things he wants to use it for. Meanwhile, it's contributing to the inflation he says isn't real, it's not pulling in the jobs he says it will bring back (which would also erode the volume of tariff revenue) and its not sitting in a shelf for him to use as he sees fit.
