Sting operations in lake charles?

I'm going to be in the lake charles area in a few months, and I'm thinking of setting up an encounter. So I'm wondering what the state of law enforcement sting operations is in lake charles? Do they care about this sort of thing at all? Or is lake charles a bad place to do this?
