I've actually been there during a move. I showed up for an appointment and 3 guys were there with a white box trunk. They had that place torn down in less than 2 hours. One spa I frequent moved 3 times in a year just a few blocks over. I think it's purely precautionary out here and seems to work. It sure does cut down on neighbors complaining about all the traffic.

Yes, absolutely it's just a matter of getting a political body willing to take a vote on it. Laws can also we struck down by courts it happens all the time. If for instance an Amendment got passed that said "People have bodily autonomy. No law shall be passed abridging anyone's right to decide what to do with their body." Yes, was very disappointed the FS joint right outside the Stockton tunnel had been raided right before I had a business trip to San Francisco earlier this year. Had been going for like 10 years when I found myself in SF.
