And that's going to be hard to do from a few text messages about scheduling an appointment. Even if sex for money was explicitly offered to you in a text message, it doesn't mean that you did it. Unless you wrote to the booker and said something like, "I agree to pay money for sex at this appointment", you're fine.
I think you have to agree to the prices mentioned...that's why I hate it when the booker texts that canned message about pricing and extras...I never reply to it and always just ask to see the girl for a certain amount of time and never agree to anything other than a time and date. not sure if that shields me, but that's about as agreeable as you can get without actually saying "Yes, money for sex!" Age and race doesn’t mean much on its own. But a fake or modified ID (photoshop exists for a reason), a burner phone, etc. Originally Posted by Ajthag

If they do make contact, remember that you always have the right to remain silent and you should exercise that right at all times when dealing with police. Let an attorney do the talking for you. The only thing you should ever say is, "I do not consent." Cooperation doesn't benefit you in any way whatsoever. It just makes their job easier.
But I highly doubt any detectives are going to be eager to build flimsy cases against people for nothing more than solicitation. Originally Posted by purplepatch

Prostitution in Texashttps://www.dougmurphylaw.com/why-is...elony-in-texas
Under Texas law, someone commits prostitution "if the person knowingly offers or agrees to receive a fee from another to engage in sexual conduct." Tex. Penal Code § 43.02 (2021). While the basic charge can be a Class B Misdemeanor, it rises to a Class A Misdemeanor if you have two or more previous convictions for prostitution. Prostitution rises to a state jail felony if you have three or more previous prostitution convictions. The state may also enhance your prostitution charge by one degree if it happens close to a school, a school function, or an event held by the University Interscholastic League. The possible penalties include the following:
Class B Misdemeanor: Up to 180 days in jail and a $2,000 fine
Class A Misdemeanor: Up to one year in jail and a $4,000 fine
State Jail Felony: Up to two years in jail and a $10,000 fine
Solicitation of Prostitution in Texas
Texas law also differentiates between prostitution and solicitation of prostitution. In other words, the penalties are steeper for those who solicit prostitution than for those who accept money for sex or sexual acts. Someone commits "solicitation of prostitution" under Texas law If they "knowingly offer[] or agree[] to pay a fee to another person for the purpose of engaging in sexual conduct with that person or another." Tex. Penal Code § 43.021 (2021).
Penalties for soliciting prostitution in Texas are serious. After the 2021 changes to the law, a first offense is a state jail felony, punishable by up to two years in jail and a $10,000 fine. With a prior conviction for soliciting prostitution, the crime becomes a third-degree felony punishable by up to ten years in prison and a $10,000 fine. The crime becomes a second-degree felony if the prostitute is under 18, the prostitute claims to be under 18, or the john believes the prostitute to be under 18. A second-degree felony is punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

They sell screen data/information.To all the LE handles on here, this JKK guy obviously knows inside information and is part of the inner workings of these organizations, might be somebody you want to talk to.
When this first started, HaeJin had large screen data from APT and LA and sold it to LA, GL and KF. Then MingJung had her own screen data from SF. LA and GL sold data to CP and some. Ming Jung sold data to KP, Velvet’s start up agencies and some.
Data has been sold as low as $500 to tens of thousands. Some bookers and promoters have these data also. Originally Posted by jkk
