What constitutes "Vehicular Assault" as a criminal ct?

So now there is one dead in a Minneapolis car attack on federal law enforcement officers.

What I am hearing is that a "protester" ignored lawful instructions from ICE agents engaged in serving a warrant, and instead attempted to drive over an agent with her car. A law enforcement agent fired his weapon in self defense and the driver died at the scene. That is what I am hearing just now.

There is video . . .I have not seen it yet . . .that is said to show what happened. Later on we may get video from body cams. That is my hope.

Attempting to run down a cop or any one, is not an act of protest. It is attempted homecide.

As violent as maggies say it is in Minnesota, *I* would not stop my vehicle if someone who does not properly identify themselves AND holds a bench warrrant signed by a judge with MY name on it.

But we will see when both sides have put forth their stuff.
