Week of March 22

Hey all! I saw on one of the convention sites that the week of March 22 has 4 smaller events and an estimated 58k conventioneers expected. Is that enough to notice much uptick in hotel occupancy and.... erm... opportunity? *cheesy grin* Or does it take closer to 100k conventioneers to be noticeable?

Pizza convention that week..the cheesy grin comment made me crack up. I guess it just depends where you are staying. My host booked me a room that week and usually he gives me a heads up if it will be busy. Didn’t mention anything .

Best threAD ever. Well played.

And yes it does move needle a bit. Remember, you also have spring breaks starting around then. Day clubs will start opening.

Con-ag Con-expo is the first week of March and it usually attracts 140,000 attendees plus all the ones that work the booths

Oooo I'd not thought about spring breaks, but not quite my target demographic.... Unless daddy is playing chaperone.

Yep that show brings to Vegas probably 220000 people anything from truck drivers to hotel support staff as well as attendees. Some of the visitors are very high powered people
