HSBC and Barclays are facing a $12 billion lawsuit over a Jersey trust allegedly linked to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.

The UK banks and related entities are among the defendants in a United States legal claim concerning La Hougue, a now defunct offshore trust business suspected of being at the heart of a large fraud.

Barclays and HSBC and certain subsidiaries, along with a trust business called Zedra, are accused by an American heiress and her husband of breach of trust and dishonest assistance tied to an alleged improper offshore transfer of assets via La Hougue.

Media organisations around the world have alleged the trust business perpetrated a massive fraud from the British crown dependency involving the creation of fake loans and agreements used to dupe creditors, avoid tax and hide the theft of cash and other assets.

There has been no finding against La Hougue.

So Trump hated Epstein/Maxwell, he kicked them off his properties, called them evil as early as 2006, helped law enforcement to bring charges against them, etc.

Then when Trump became President, Trump seized the island, and put them both in jail.

Meanwhile, Epstein was helping the Dems to take down Trump and prevent him from taking office, then helped the Dems attempt to remove Trump once he was in office, all while donating to and instructing Democrat politicians such as Plaskett and Jeffries.

For anyone with any level of objectivity whatsoever, the story is very clear. Not only were Trump and Epstein not buddies, they were enemies, and there was nobody Epstein feared more than Trump. Epstein was part of the Democrat elite and the Deep State brain trust that launched a coup against Trump.

Anyone who thought otherwise never had any clue what they were talking about. If there was even the tiniest sliver of evidence that the Dems could use against Trump, they would have leaked it before Trump reached the bottom of the escalator.

The reason the Dems/MSM didn’t bring up Epstein until the last second, is because they knew where this trail was going to end. The attempts to frame Trump were desperation and psychological projection.
