Maybe just maybe they aren't crimes. Making money off of investments isn't a crime even though everyone cries insider trading. Political investments are some of the most scrutinized for wrong doings.

Wanna see some corruption look up oil related trades timed perfectly with Trump's announcements. Billions are being stripped from the American people.

And I don't see trades that are many times the norm in price on the leading cusp of an announcement that nets a windfall immediately after.

If the trade was just an ordinary run of the mill one, i'd have no problem with it. But the large value in the narrow time frame is suspect.
