Thanks for sharing, Buckeye. I had trouble following the circumstances you described in your first paragraph. You were responding to ads posted by someone you already knew? Did they advertise a different phone number that you called, thereby making it difficult to claim you were unaware of the ad? Anymore details you can provide would be helpful.

Many of us knew them as providers from another studio type of place that broke off and established separately in 2021. While I did not look for ads necessarily (since I had a lot of providers in my phone), I did notice the ads. They posted quite a bit wrt explicit services and rates. The pool in the back - multiple providers with multiple hobbyists at the same time. I knew after the first few times I went there and saw the setup, I thought this was probably not the right place to be. Just way too open. I remember walking through the house with a provider I always would see and noticing a couple in the pool. Noticing a couple on a couch. There were refreshments everywhere. Just not good judgement.
Found out from a provider that was there but stopped going there that it was under surveillance for months. I am sure they had pictures of people going in and out, cars, etc. I was fortunate not be wrapped up in this but it taught me to be much more careful. It is not just known providers, good reviews, established. Good judgement is more than that too
