SXSW post obviously you have never ever been to one. There are a way too many people there to be able to know exactly who I am unless you just really want to. In that case I would say stalker...As far as being outed I should have never went to GC luncheon then. I am not going to confirm that I am in a documentary either so that will keep ya guessing..

I've been working in the Middle East for about 6 yrs now.

Some good points about a security detail....one not mentioned is the nationality of said team, if there is one.....remember, haji security is equivalent to no security. Even with US training and guidance, they continually exhibit poor weapons safety and accidentally shoot themselves and others. Not to mention that you are an Infidel to them and will turn you over to AQ without blinking an eye.

Sounds to me like whoever volunteers will end up videotaped in an orange jumpsuit missing their head.

Frankly, this thread belongs in the Sandbox because it has only to do with one hobbyist's personal adventures and absolutely nothing to do with the hobby ... except that (obviously unbeknownst to the OP) most documentary filmmakers usually BLOW all their budget and wind up getting FUCKED IN THE ASS! Maybe that does make it a hobby thread after all...
