Why does it matter if your Refs are not recent???

I am one of the unfortunate fellows that does get to spend time on here reading all the fun stories and stuff. But I do not get to hobby as much as I would like to due to SO an work schedule. So when I get to play it sometimes is on a moments notice and usaully all the verified providers are busy so I wind up going to BP.
Although I have seen two providers on here in the last 10 months they are not acceptable to some of the other providers because it has been "so long" now I have seen some off BP more recent but I know those are not acceptable. Mind you I understand screening and I am glad it is done for all our safety and well being but do you really think if I saw a provider 8 months ago and have an opportunity come up to see another and I can't because it's been to long does this mean I have gone and joined LE or what?? I would appreciate you ladies giving me some insight as to why you won't take a Ref that is X amount of time old??

I'm guessing that it is because they want to make sure when they call your reference, that person will remember you. If you interact with say 4 different people a week, it will be really really hard to know who you met a month ago. There are a lot of us out there and no matter what mommy told us, we are not really that special.

There are several reasons why tearitup...but, being LE isn't the only reason we need to screen properly. Many ladies have been assaulted, raped, and even killed...that's the #1 reason for proper screening...imo.

1. Providers may not be able to remember you or the session after 10mths...especially, if you've only met one time.
2. Providers screen differently...some, only talk to you on the phone...some only ask for a name and handle. After 10mths...if given a request to verify full screening information...they will not be able to verify detailed information.
3. Many hobbyists hide their true nature...they may be sweet, etc with the first 10 providers...then, a year or two later...turn into a complete animal. You would be surprised to see alerts on long-time hobbyists who have either shorted, NCNS'd, or turned stalker. This is the primary reason we ask for *current* and reputable provider references.

Choose your providers wisely...if you do your homework and select *reputable,* longstanding, and well reviewed providers...chances of getting vouched will be much easier than if you continue to select newbie ladies who may/may not screeen well.

I understand that LN and believe me I would love to be able to do so but my business and other life really makes it very difficult to schedule and I don't want to be labled as a NCNS or someone who constantly makes appt. then has to cancel. I have a great respect for you ladies and what you must endure at times. Unfortunately all the A--Holes out there make it difficult for the rest of us who would just like to have some fun when we can. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

tearitup184 - I am in a similar situation (SO always lurking) and I travel, so I recommend P411..It is easy to sign-up and worth the $50 because the providers know you are safe and OK.

Even though you have been a member of the community for a year, you may want to consider meeting with a Newbie Friendly provider to help get you back into the game again.

I read your 1st post over and now understand what you're saying. As Alexxxia stated...you will have to meet newbie friendly providers...however, choose wisely as not all newbie friendly providers are created equal! (lol) Make sure that they are *reputable* and have a good standing within the community.

By looking at your reviews you have seen a lot of ladies that might have been busted over the past year.......to be honest you look like a security risk and for you guys that visit strip clubs and post reviews to brag......those count as zero reviews in most of our screening process....

I tried to get a reference thing going, but in the end I just gave up.

Sure I can't really get VPs off of ECCIE - with notable exceptions that have honored my bad refs because of my reviews - but mostly, no.

Instead, and saving me a load of $s BTW, I found a good source of SW and UTR action that is as good. But to be fair to VPs, they are all of them very desirable even at premium rates because of the quality of service.

Then many VPs can now be found on other sites advertising their services, and it is there that I often find great deals - almost too good to pass up ..eg my favorite p, spinner blonde Bs. Just last week 23yr Blnd Bs @60hh. What can I say! When that sort of bargain is out there you need to be shopping around!

I quit reviewing these finds to keep the game level. Reviews mean more clients moving in, and that means prices going up, which is bad for me and any other hobbyist who knows.

But it is a pity that some VPs are so strict with refs, even-though there are very good reasons for that sort of heavy screening - because some of us - far from being LE- are anything but bad for business!
