Is Chris Christie healthy?

Ok ECCIE, I need some of your wisdom. Right now there is a raging debate going on between Liberals about Chris Christie's weight and as you know, he may decide to run for the presidency. Many Liberals are saying we can't judge him or question his ability to do the job over his weight and others are saying it is a consideration.
So what say you?

You can't be serious. This is your criteria for running for POTUS?

Does it really matter. He can count to three. Judging for the US debt, this ability alone makes him a better candidate than most already in the White House.

The question is whether he is ADA compliant when walking backwards???

Why do people keep focusing on things that do not matter.

Obama was healthier but completely unqualified. I'd take Christie in a heartbeat.

Like every other defect with any candidate, I'm sure they will explore, discuss and blow the issue out of proportion until we start to believe the man is a walking heart-attack! I don't care about his weight personally. I do wish he was in better shape; appearances do mean a lot to many people so it could be is undoing.

Look at the Nixon/Kennedy debate. Overwhelmingly, those who only heard it on the radio thought Nixon won, hands down. Those who saw it on television said Kennedy kicked ass and took names, no question. The differnece? It was the personal appearance of the two. Nixon looked sweaty, clammy and came out without make-up. To be blunt, he looked like shit! Kennedy was groomed well and ready to go.

I think we could see a similar issue with Christie. Even though he may deliver a sound message, his appearance may be his undoing and may prove to be a distraction from the real measure of his metal, his ideas and words.

Typical lib talking point. Since they can't find anything with substance to bring to light such as fast and furious, solyndra,737 million dol. grant to Pelosi's bro in law, unemployment staying above 9%,10 million tax dollars spent on the first ladie's (though she never presents herself as a lady) travel last year, they throw personal attacks. I am not a christie fan but find someone to challenge him on how he is turning jersey around. He's fat...oblahblah is puny I don't care.

I don't believe his weight should have anything to do with being a candidate. I would choose him over Slick Rick any day.

I don't think Christy would last an hour with any of the top notch prov iders in SA. W was the fittest....he ran seven miles a day. Obama smokes too much.....he's thin but doesn't look healthy.
