Actually, the reason that they were originally assigned to the Co-ed section many years ago on ASPD was so that providers could respond and share their side of the story on no shows and bad service stories. And I was, and still am, a proponent of allowing a provider to have her say in that regard. Anybody who has been around for more than a few months and pays attention will soon find that there are often two sides to many bad service stories. I don't mind that at all. In fact, I think it makes the process more useful and more fail.

I had similar trouble with Brooke as well ($500.00). I just took the loss and moved on. Out of the blue, about two months ago, she contacts me and is apologizing her for behavior. She seemed very sincere and admitted to going through a rough patch, which was influencing her bad decisions. I thought she had turned a new leaf; I guess not.
