the building is HUGE and it may have been a Sports Authority or something like that before it was closed...
Reason I asked is there is a sign in the front door that relates an alcohol license has been applied for to this address and it looks like they are doing a lot of remodeling..
(I'll drop by the "city" tomorrow and see what I can find out)

May just be another night club for the younger crowd. I cannot see such an enormous box building being set up as a strip club. I am all for it, but I just do not see it happening.

It'll probably be a restaurant with a bar. No way would Best Buy allow a strip club right next door and you don't want to piss off your anchor tenant.

I think thats the new strip club up 281 north. I heard that there was a loophole with there liquor lisence.

I understand this is about the old Sportsmans Warehouse building. I was just pointing out that the Best Buy on 410 is next to P10 in response to Xfin's post saying they wouldn't want to be located next to a strip club.
They obviously haven't been too upset about that location, since they've both been there for many years.
However, I agree that the space is probably too large for a strip club alone.

It is going to be a Main Event. It is a Dave and Buster's type operation.....with a bowling alley.

Regarding PT's and the BestBuy in that area, PT's was there long before BestBuy so BestBuy knew what was in the area before they built it,
In case you didn't know, that area where BestBuy use to be an Econo Lodge and an Apartment complex that eventually got leveled to have those current business put in place.
