Really?You present your evidence. Back in the late 90s/early 2000 when cows in Great Britain had its outbreak, they said the US hadn't had an outbreak in decades after we had outlawed putting cow products in cow feed. The only cows that have it have been imported.
First I wanted to answer this with: maybe not, in the US, mad people disease is much more likely.
