I take it you made a blind bid on an unknown hotel in a certain area for a low price? Yes, I've had problems with that, too, and no longer use that option. Call customer service immediately at 800-774-2354 and tell then the hotel isn't acceptable, and be prepared to state reasons why. They may give you a refund.
