Real life encounters?

LOL I ran into a client at an HEB parking lot while walking to my car
he smiled ever so sweetly and said "Looking good today Summer"
I said "Thanks" and smiled back without thinking...
Continued to walk to my car & then I laughed to myself and thought
"Damn...I just responded to Summer" hahah
I don't mind the greeting at all, I love how friendly
out community is

I think most people know how to handle themselves in public...MOST! (lol) The way I look at it...we tend to be too PARANOID...like, everyone in the entire universe knows we hobby! What's the harm in giving a nod or a short hello to someone you may know from the hobby? They could be anyone...a hairdresser, your dentist, an associate's husband/wife/girlfriend, professor, proctologist! (lol)

Just be cool...it's when people get all STIFF that triggers suspicion! Originally Posted by Likinikki

During one session, a provider and I were discussing a shared common interest, it turns out we both have friends involved in the same thing. We talked about how to handle the situation if we ever ended up at an event at the same time.

Haha funny story dude saw me in Best Buy and when he recognized me he was like "Jucci wassup" ------ No u didn't just call me out , I ignored nd kept going

Then I was at fiesta downtown and this guy I made leave ( he looked really weird and if I gotta fake it I won't do it) was staring me down, I had my BFF with me who knows none of my lifestyle, my best friend noticed dude staring at me so I passed by him a quietly said in his ear..." You bet Not" nd that was it. I think he was crazy about me tho..

I think a nod or slight smile is ok if it's subtle.
Although I remember being at a Kinko's and a provider came up and gave me her card. Still have yet to see her.
