I am sure you think that this thread poses an interesting question and that it would spark an array of interesting comparisons. But in reality it doesn't. There is no difference between the parties, not anymore anyway. A much more viable question should be, whats the difference between a country that is a super power and one that is a third world country. That would give a better understanding of this up comming election, the candidates and the future of this country of ours.

If you just gave the money and then did not write it off on your taxes, that would actually be giving. Paying less on your taxes because you gave to charity is actually having others have to pay more to make up the difference!
