I've been practicing tantra informally for a few years. I've been able to move the kundalini (sexual) energy up my body slowly, one chakra at a time. It's difficult when you hit the heart chakra because you want to fall in love, or think you are falling in love... or something

Now I've reached the crown and experience incredible full-body orgasms with what I can only describe as a ball of energy radiating out of my head, an out-of-body experience... words are really silly, they don't do justice, so I won't try. I will say that what's happening in the groin area is becoming increasingly less important.

I imagine it's very difficult to find a true tantric provider because the authentic experience involves boundary dissolution to a degree I imagine most would not be comfortable experiencing, unless they know you very well.

For those interested, I'd like to make a couple of suggestions: 1. Do not attempt to prevent ejaculation until you are very experienced and 2. Check your motives. Tantra is a profound spiritual practice and if you're just in it for the physical thrill it will only take you so far.

Dear cuckhold4u - You might want to check into a book called "Radical Ecstasy" by Dossie Easton & Janet Hardy - while written from a lesbian prospective (and I am guessing you are not a female) if you can get past that - it is a very good book on combining the art of Tantra with BDSM. (And no - I don't play that way - I am just curious and always looking at new things.)

And Codybeast - the Muirs book is one of the standards of Western Tantra
their teachings were my first introduction to tantra 10 years ago - I have taken their class twice and studied with many others as well. When you want to put your reading into reality give me a call.

$150 for an hour FBSM===I think a bit steep unless the guy is a fat sweat hog then they can charge whatever they want.

I had the tantric experience with a provider in Vegas named Cindy Spice. It was very fulfilling. When I finally let go,, it had been an hour of being brought to the edge and then relaxed. She coached me at the beginning on the breathing techniques and I caught on. I have now used the breathing in my other submissive sexual pursuits and it truly enhances the experience. If you have not tried it its a must!
