I'm thinking some exceptional cabernet suavignon's, single malt scotch, and Laurent Perrier Rose Brut Champagne accompanied by home made hors douevre's (sp?), an amazing slow cooked brisket, grilled chicken, rice with almonds, variety of salads for this who partake of that, and a dessert buffet of home made goodies. I like both. I only keep one kind at a time, so right now Sable the cat is around. When she croaks, I will consider both. I like how a cat is self sufficient , but like how dogs are more social. But a small dog? No thanks.

I like dogs, but I'm really a cat person all the way. My last two lived to be 20 (male, diabetic for the last 10yrs) and 23 (female) respectively. The current one is so good at training, he has me knowing his meows and body language for every little need he has. Is he sociable, check out my avitar. If you could see me live, that's the view you would get.

I like them both equally. We have a black lab that is currently staying with a friend back in LA, we are trying to bring him to Paris.

I'm a dog guy too, but I had a cat when I was in college. He came with a basement apartment that I rented to keep it free of mice. That was one mean sob. He used to swagger down the street snarling at dogs. Originally Posted by pjorourke

I'm sorta in the middle. I'm a cat guy as long as the cat has some spunk and personality; but generally prefer dogs -- especially the kind you have to wear sleeves around. I had a timbershepard growing up; and he could kill you just being friendly; so I wore special clothing when playing with him -- but he was a great dog.

I like watching cats on youtube and tv but in person, they make me sneeze. I love, love, love dogs.

Both, please! I have three dogs and a variable amount of kitties at any given time (I am a foster for a local rescue group). I love my four legged friends.
