The issue isn't what you said before. As you pointed out, one of the purposes of the board is exchanging information. But from her perspective, you could have hurt her business. Are you surprised that she wasn't eager to jump in bed with you after that?

If her business was hurt it was done on the basis of her actions not mine. It's all good I'm truly sorry if I hurt her business it was not my intention. We all make choices and decisions here. If mine were harmful to anyone I truly apologize. I know I've seen posts that were a great deal more hateful than mine and I will try harder in future to keep my thoughts to myself...
